In the spring of 2007 OLE was pilot tested in an effort to establish the protocols for using OLE as a collaborative tool. Twenty international business majors from the Eller School of Management at the University of Arizona were paired with 20 students at the Universidad del Norte, Barranguilla, Colombia. Each student was assigned a student at the other University to communicate with using OLE, sharing personal and professional information. This pilot will continue in the fall of 2007, using the experience from the spring 2007 pilot to guide assignments and usage.
